Our Story

Born from a longing for the aroma of freshly baked bread and the slow-simmered perfection of a tagine, Moroccan Kitchen is a delivery-only concept bringing the Maghreb to the Midwest.

We are a small team of passionate cooks operating out of a cloud kitchen in Chicago. We don't have tables, waiters, or a dining room. What we do have is an obsession with authenticity.

Our recipes have been passed down through generations. From the preserved lemons we cure ourselves to the spice blends (Ras el Hanout) we grind fresh, we refuse to cut corners.

By focusing exclusively on delivery, we can pour all our resources into the quality of ingredients and the meticulous preparation our food demands. It also allows us to serve a wider area of Chicago, bringing our culture to your doorstep.
